Green Chemistry @ MUN

Two former graduate students from the Kozak Group have recently been appointed to academic positions in chemistry.

Dr. Xin Qian (M.Sc. Memorial, 2010) has been appointed to an Associate Professorship at the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology in Beijing, China. After her time at MUN, Xin completed her PhD in Paris and a postdoctoral fellowship at Oxford.

Dr. Kamrul Hasan (PhD Memorial, 2011) will be starting his Assistant Professorship in September, 2015 in the Department of Chemistry at The University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Following his PhD at MUN Kamrul completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Universities of Sherbrooke and Montreal.
