In the Department of Chemistry at Memorial University, in addition to stipends of $20,000 (M.Sc.) and $22,000 (PhD), new students are potentially eligible for the following awards:
Chen Entrance Scholarships for New Graduate Students in Chemistry

The School of Graduate Studies F. A. Aldrich Fellowship

| Eligibility: | Awarded annually to new incoming Canadian students who will be admitted to commence full-time graduate studies in the fall semester. It will be awarded on high academic merit. Master’s recipients will receive it for one year only and the doctoral recipients will receive it for a second year. Recipients, who also hold a major external award, can retain $3,000 of this fellowship. | ||
